On The Move
Isaac is by no means walking yet, but he has figured out how to walk with assistance! He pulls up on everything and has started reaching toward the next piece of furniture as if he's contemplating how to get there. It's amazing to watch him grow and learn and all so quickly!!
Answered Prayer
My neck has been bothering me for well over a month. Not sure what I did to it. It's just been tense and sore, especially at night and first thing in the morning. Last week I went to the chiropractor and got some relief, but it still wasn't better. All day yesterday I kept thinking I should ask R to pray for my neck. I finally asked him after we crawled into bed and I couldn't get comfortable because of the pain and tension.
R prayed for me; just a simple prayer that God would heal my neck. Right away the tension eased and I went to sleep. This morning I woke up with no pain in my neck and I can turn my head from side to side without tension or twinges of pain! God answered prayer and truly did heal my neck!!
Will I have neck problems again in the future? I don't know. It doesn't matter at this point. God answered prayer and in that I feel the gentle caring of my Heavenly Father who is concerned for even the little things in the life of His child. Thank You, Lord.

A Little Child Shall Lead Them
Isaac absolutely LOVES music and for the past month he has been lifting his hands in worship whenever he hears it! Sometimes I look back at him in the car and there he is, with hands lifted in the air! So precious! It melts my heart completely!!! He will also raise his hands if he wants us to sing for him or to play music on the CD player. He also loves church! He gets super excited when we walk in and he claps and raises his hands along with everyone else during worship. It's so neat to see and sometimes it happens just when I need to be reminded to lift MY hands in worship!!! Wow...I love being Isaac's Mommy!!!!

Financial Peace University
Baby Step #1: Save $1,000 in an emergency fund.
Baby Step #2: Pay off debt.
Take away tidbit I learned from class: If you have an emergency fund, you don't have any need for a credit card, so CUT THEM UP! Wow! Good thing this is in baby steps!!!! Smile.
Baby Step #3: Save up 3 to 6 months worth of monthly expenses in emergency fund.
HERE WE GO!!!!!
